About the Opportunity:
Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a supportive healthcare environment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This is a full-time contract position with guaranteed 35 hours weekly.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy sessions and implement care plans developed by the licensed physical therapist.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
- Stay informed on recent rehabilitation techniques and practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
