About the Opportunity:
This position involves working as a Certified Medical Assistant, providing essential support in outpatient clinical care. The role includes assisting in patient assessments, preparing for procedures, and managing medical records within a urology and OBGYN setting. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.95 to $31.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and assisting in the creation of care plans.
- Providing support during various medical procedures.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and vital signs.
- Staying informed on current practices in urology and OBGYN care.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- BLS certification required.
- Preferred Medical Assistant certification and experience with EPIC charting system.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in urology and OBGYN settings.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
