About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to fill the position of IMT (Intensive Mobile Treatment) Program Director. The IMT Program Director will be responsible for leading and managing their intensive mobile treatment program, providing mental health services to individuals in the community. The ideal candidate will hold a license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have a strong background in mental health treatment and program management.
The annual base salary range is $85,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the IMT program, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals
- Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance program effectiveness
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IMT program, including coordination of mobile treatment teams and service delivery
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability
- Monitor program outcomes, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for the Executive Director and funders
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise program staff, ensuring they provide high-quality mental health services
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, mental health organizations, and other stakeholders to support program sustainability and growth
- Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Ensure clients receive culturally competent, evidence-based, and client-centered mental health services through the IMT program
- Implement client intake and assessment processes to determine eligibility and individualized service plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and contractual obligations
- Conduct regular program evaluations and quality assurance assessments to improve program delivery
- Maintain the program’s adherence to licensing requirements and support staff in obtaining and maintaining necessary credentials
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
- A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in mental health programs
- Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities, crisis intervention, and related policy matters
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, foster a positive work culture, and encourage professional growth
