About the Opportunity:
This contract position for a Physical Therapist Assistant involves assisting in patient rehabilitation. This role entails performing therapy techniques, documenting patient progress, and supporting physical therapists in developing treatment plans. It is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine physical therapy assessments and implement treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient recovery.
- Monitor, record, and report patient progress and outcomes.
- Stay informed on the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
