About the Opportunity:
This position involves providing speech-language therapy services to patients. The role includes conducting assessments, creating individualized care plans, and delivering therapy interventions to enhance communication and swallowing skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
- Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent certification.
- Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or similar environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
