About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position seeks an LPN to provide essential nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. The position involves working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. Note that every other weekend availability is required.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information.
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient care.
- Document and communicate patient progress to interdisciplinary team members.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN certification or degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
