About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Rio Rancho, NM, providing high-quality care to patients in skilled and long-term care (LTC) settings. The LPN collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient assessment and care planning.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.61 to $29.09 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating care plans.
- Providing medication administration and patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress in PCC and MAR/TAR.
- Staying informed on patient care protocols and POC knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN credentials and licensure.
- Experience with PCC, MAR, and TAR systems.
- No history of NCNS or frequent call outs.
- Effective communication skills.
