About the Opportunity
Join our client’s mission-driven community health organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, culturally responsive care across New York City. This growing network of community-based clinics and mobile health services supports tens of thousands of patients annually, with a strong focus on underserved populations.
The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $220,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to a multidisciplinary care team
- Partner closely with site leadership to support day-to-day operations and patient care delivery
- Deliver direct patient care in a primary care setting
- Mentor and support providers, helping elevate clinical quality and best practices
- Contribute to improving workflows, patient outcomes, and overall clinic performance
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Help foster an inclusive, patient-centered environment for diverse communities
Job Requirements
- Active New York State medical license (MD or DO)
- At least 1+ year of post-residency clinical experience in primary care
- Interest in stepping into a leadership or supervisory role
- Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
- Experience in HIV/AIDS care or AAHIVS certification
- Background in reproductive health (including LARC such as IUD/Nexplanon)
- Exposure to transgender care, pediatrics, or chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, hypertension)
