About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position provides speech-language pathology services to patients. The role involves assessing patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Therapists engage in collaborative care plans to optimize communication and swallowing outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide direct therapy tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor progress and document changes in patient conditions.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in clinical settings.
