About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading provider of high-touch, patient-centered urgent and emergency care, is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations and nursing leadership across multiple Manhattan sites. This full-time position blends direct patient care with management and administrative responsibilities in a modern, concierge-focused outpatient environment.
The annual base salary range is $155,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including triage, assessments, and treatment within scope of practice
- Perform clinical procedures such as: IV placement, medication administration, EKGs, rapid testing, and vaccinations
- Oversee and support Registered Nurses across your region, ensuring high standards of care
- Partner with leadership to improve workflows, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and hiring efforts for nursing teams
- Monitor and manage clinical inventory, medications, and supplies
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of nursing staff
- Drive quality assurance, patient safety, and infection control initiatives
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of emergency/urgent care nursing experience
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in hospital, ambulatory, or urgent care settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills—someone who thrives working closely with teams
Job Schedule
