About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Canyon Transitional Rehabilitation Center, where you provide exceptional care to patients requiring rehabilitation services. This full-time contract position entails comprehensive patient assessments, collaborative care planning, and active participation in a dynamic healthcare team.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.81 to $31.69 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide specialized rehabilitation therapies and patient education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Job Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License.
