About the Opportunity
Our client, a busy, patient-focused dental practice in Brooklyn, is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing weekend team! This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who enjoys a steady flow of cases, working with supportive clinical staff, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The practice serves a diverse patient population and values clinicians who bring both strong clinical judgment and a compassionate chairside manner. This role offers the chance to maintain a flexible weekend schedule while practicing in a fast-paced, collaborative dental environment.
The base pay for this position is $80 to $85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality dental care in accordance with ADA, NYSDA, and applicable licensing standards
- Diagnose and treat a range of dental conditions and patient needs
- Review patient medical histories and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Refer patients to dental specialists when clinically appropriate
- Provide culturally respectful, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Job Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active New York State Dental License
- Current BLS certification
- Prior clinical experience practicing as a Dentist preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
