About the Opportunity:
Our client in Charleston, WV is looking for a Radiologist with a Virtual Colonoscopy focus starting June 1st! This role combines general diagnostic radiology with a focus on virtual colonoscopy and a balanced mix of ER and subspecialty imaging.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $1800 per day. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret high-volume ER and inpatient imaging
- Read across XR, CT, MR, US, and Nuclear Medicine
- Handle a case mix heavily focused on emergency imaging, including stroke exams
- Support additional reads including MSK and neuro
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care teams
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of radiology experience required
- Ability to read all imaging modalities
- Active state license or willingness to obtain (licensing assistance available)
Additional Preferences:
- ER role: Strong experience with high-volume reads and stroke imaging
- General role: Experience with virtual colonoscopy
Scheduling & Contract Details:
- Minimum 40 hours per month required
- Providers must maintain at least 3 months of scheduled shifts at all times
- Long-term assignment with consistent coverage needs
- Location: Charleston, WV
- Pay Rate: $1,800/day (+ wRVU production for select role)
- Assignment Length: 52 Weeks (ongoing)
- Start Date: June 1, 2026 (ASAP availability considered)
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
