About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading alternative investment firm in New York City, is seeking a OneStream Techno-Functional Consultant to support enterprise financial systems and consolidation reporting initiatives. This long-term contract role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology and requires someone who can partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams within a complex financial services environment.
The estimated base pay for this position is $80 to $100 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure and support OneStream consolidation workflows and reporting processes
- Manage financial consolidations including FX translation, inter-company eliminations, ownership structures, and Equity Pickup (EPU) logic
- Configure business rules, metadata, mappings, and consolidation reports within OneStream
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Support enhancements, integrations, testing, UAT, and ongoing platform optimization
- Ensure financial data integrity, governance, and audit readiness across reporting processes
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working within OneStream XF / EPM environments
- Strong understanding of financial consolidations and enterprise reporting processes
- Hands-on experience configuring OneStream workflows, business rules, metadata, and consolidation reporting
- Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or alternative investment environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance and Technology teams
