About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-regarded Financial Services firm located in Manhattan looking to add a Recruiter to their growing team. The perfect candidate will have solid financial services recruitment experience and will be confident in their ability to streamline the recruitment process. This role will have a hybrid schedule. Buy-side experience is a must. Candidates without this will not be considered!
The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Full life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions
- Foster a strong candidate pipeline through innovative postings and sourcing strategies
- Manage candidates in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate date
- Support HR Team projects (diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement)
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify top candidates’ skillsets
- Provide a top-notch recruiting experience to prospective candidates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of in-house recruitment experience
- Exposure to the financial services is required
- Buy-side experience is a must. Candidates without this will not be considered
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
