About the Opportunity:
The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients as an LPN in a healthcare setting. This is a full-time contract position. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care. The position requires documentation of patient progress and participation in patient education to promote health and wellness.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $31.35 to $37.05 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients.

Job Requirements:
