About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract Registered Nurse position provides specialized telehealth services to patients. You join a dynamic team focusing on patient care, utilizing technology to deliver essential healthcare services. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs via telecommunication tools and developing and implementing appropriate care plans.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $52.25 to $61.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) finalize at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting telehealth assessments and creating care plans.
- Providing patient education and support remotely.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress via telecommunication tools.
- Staying informed on telehealth research and practices.
Job Requirements:
- ACSL, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- PA license and fingerprints.
- Experience in ventilator care practices.
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-1:6.
- Strong communication and technological skills.
