About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing pre-transplant evaluations for heart and lung transplant patients and participating in selection committees.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $46.75 to $55.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-transplant evaluations for heart and lung transplant patients.
- Participate in selection committees for transplant candidates.
Job Requirements:
- Registered Dietician (RD/RDNS) certification.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with transplant patients required.
- Experience with Epic charting system required.
- Preferred experience in community hospitals, LTAC, and Trauma Levels I and II.
- Skills in nutrition assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing nutrition therapy complications.
