About the Opportunity:
Provide compassionate care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in this part-time contract position, assisting patients with their healthcare needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care and enhance patient experiences.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.26 to $31.04 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
- Provide patient education and support therapies.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and research.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
