About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract opportunity involves providing obstetric care to patients at a designated healthcare facility. The role entails working shifts of 10 and 12 hours, with flexibility to cover day and night shifts. At least one full weekend shift per month is required, and night coverage includes 3 to 6 shifts based on departmental needs. The role operates within a supervised shift model, with a commitment to 3-4 shifts per week and a minimum span of 4 weeks.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $146.30 to $172.90 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive obstetric assessments and creating tailored care plans.
- Providing specialized care for high-risk obstetric cases.
- Collaborating with various healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.
- Staying informed on the latest obstetric research and practice developments.
Job Requirements:
- Current OB experience and comfort in managing high-risk obstetric cases.
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting.
- Board Certification within the last 5 years.
- Flexibility to cover a variety of shift types, including days, nights, weekends, OB, and OR.
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
