About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.35 to $50.05 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) finalize at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create care plans based on physician orders or referrals.
- Provide individualized treatments and update discharge plans as necessary.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) according to practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state Occupational Therapy (OT) license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
