About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. As a Physical Therapist, evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.80 to $49.40 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screenings, evaluations, and treatments as appropriate.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs according to practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
