About the Opportunity:
This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients in the operating room as a Registered Nurse (RN). This full-time contract position requires expertise in both scrubbing and circulating in surgical settings. The position involves collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional perioperative care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $56.65 to $66.95 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and preparing patients for surgeries.
- Providing support during operations by scrubbing and circulating.
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress throughout surgical procedures.
- Staying informed on best practices and advancements in surgical care, including DaVinci robotics.
Job Requirements:
- Valid RN license.
- Prefer at least 3 years of experience in an operating room setting.
- Level 1 Trauma experience preferred.
- Experience in Ortho and Neuro settings, as well as DaVinci robotics, is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
