About the Opportunity:
This position provides top-quality physical therapy to patients in a part-time contract role. Duties include assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and functionality. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team ensures comprehensive patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and education to support patient recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and regularly.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Required licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Preferred experience in geriatric or rehabilitation care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
