About the Opportunity:
The Interventional Radiology Tech provides specialized radiologic services to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities include assisting in interventional procedures and ensuring the accurate capture of diagnostic images for adult patients. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $67.88 to $80.22 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct interventional radiology assessments and create care plans.
- Provide technical support during radiological interventional procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate complex care.
- Monitor and document patient progress using EPIC and PACS systems.
- Stay informed on radiologic technology advancements with Siemens Artis-Q and PURE Software.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- NY License in Radiologic Technology required.
- BLS certification required.
- ARRT certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency with EPIC, PACS, and Siemens Artis-Q machines.
