About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Oncology, offering specialized care for patients undergoing chemotherapy. This full-time contract position involves working Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with no weekend requirements.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $49.50 to $58.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans for oncology patients.
- Provide chemotherapy treatments and related therapy.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress using the Epic charting system.
- Stay informed on the latest oncology research and practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- 1-3 years of oncology or chemotherapy experience preferred; at least 1-2 years required.
- BLS, AHA, and ONC certifications required.
- Proficiency in Epic charting and managing a patient ratio of 1:6.
