About the Opportunity:
The role involves providing comprehensive gastroenterology services to adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include conducting rounding, consults, and gastrointestinal procedures, ensuring high-quality care. Physicians in this full-time contract position engage with other GI specialists to support patient health and recovery.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $323.95 to $382.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting gastroenterology assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Performing required gastroenterology procedures, including ERCP.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Providing accurate consultation and guidance to patients and their families.
Job Requirements:
- Board certified in Gastroenterology and current ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in gastroenterology settings.
- Recent clinical activity proof for gastroenterology and ERCP procedures as required.
- Preferred proficiency with EPIC EMR and Provation GI software.
- Eligibility for Washington licensure or IMLC acceptance.
