About the Opportunity:
As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you provide specialized care to neonates and infants in a Level IV NICU setting. You conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You utilize your skills to manage complex medical cases involving CVCs, vents, drips, trachs, GTs, and pre-/post-op cardiac and surgical cases. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $52.80 to $62.40 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed care plans for neonates and infants.
- Provide vigilant monitoring and management in a Level IV NICU environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously.
- Stay informed on the latest NICU practices and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Active RN license with NRP, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of Level IV NICU experience.
- Confidence and competence in managing CVCs, vents, drips, trachs, GTs, and surgical cases in patients under 12 years of age.
- Outstanding delegation and teamwork skills.
