About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our client’s innovative mobile healthcare program in Brooklyn, delivering high-quality care directly to patients across the community. The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a mobile clinical setting
- Perform thorough physical exams and patient assessments, including collecting detailed health histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, using findings to guide care decisions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications as appropriate
- Accurately document all patient encounters and maintain up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and escalate clinical concerns when necessary
- Focus on preventive care, health education, and early intervention
Job Requirements
- Active New York State license as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
