About the Opportunity
Our client is powering the world’s alternative investment marketplace, looking for someone to join their talent acquisition team located in Manhattan, New York. They service approximately $170 billion in global client assets invested in over 1,300 funds as of October 2023. Talent Acquisition is the core strategic driver of this companies success. As a member of their team, the Junior Recruiter will assist the current team manage candidate pipeline and conduct screening calls with candidates. The base pay for this position is $35 to $40 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting across the Technology spectrum including full stack, frontend and backend
- Assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls
Requirements
- Data science and quant experience a plus
- 1-4 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with a minimum of 1 year of technology recruiting experience
- Exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry is a plus
