About the Opportunity
An established in-home and community-based social services organization based in New Jersey is currently seeking Social Workers (LSWs/CSW/LACs/LPCs/CSCs) and Licensed/Certified School Counselors for their Bergen, Hudson, and Sussex County locations. You will be tasked with participating in regular trainings and supervision and providing weekly in-home/community-based treatment services focused on addressing maladaptive behavior to enhance therapeutic outcomes for children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Licensed Social Workers, Licensed School Counselors, or LACs/LPCs looking to create advancements in their professional careers, earn hours towards their clinical licensure, and aid children in the unlocking of their potential are encouraged to apply directly to this job post.
The base pay range for this position is $25 to $34 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. Job Responsibilities
- Participate in regular trainings and supervision
- Provide weekly in-home/community-based treatment services focused on addressing maladaptive behavior to enhance therapeutic outcomes
- Have the ability to provide therapeutic interventions virtually or in-person
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans with individualized goals to address psychiatric, behavioral, emotional, and social needs in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Facilitate team meetings, provide supervision for Behavioral Assistants, and participate in other collaborative efforts with the team pertaining to services
- Be trained in the development, implementation, and monitoring of treatment plans and interventions for youth and their families
- Be trained in clinical supervision, program development, quality improvement, and compliance with state regulations
- In addition to your training, receive supervision towards your clinical licensure while providing intensive in-community and in-home services to youth and families
Job Requirements
- Provisional or clinical licensure required: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC
- Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related human service field
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license
- Bilingual fluency or ability to communicate using American Sign Language is a plus
