About the Opportunity:
This RAD Tech contract position provides comprehensive imaging services to patients. The role involves conducting assessments and interpreting diagnostic imaging in areas such as cardiac device technology, EP, cardiology, or MRI operations. This is a full-time contract position from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a 60-minute unpaid lunch break, for a term of 28 weeks.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting cardiac device assessments and creating care plans.
- Providing support in EP, cardiology, or MRI operations.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and charge entry.
- Staying informed on electrophysiology and other relevant areas of research.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Completion of an accredited program in cardiac electrophysiology technology or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in cardiology/electrophysiology.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with pacemaker/ICD interrogation and programming (required).
