About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This is a full-time contract position focused on evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.25 to $48.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services following physician orders and referrals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise COTAs according to practice acts and facility policies.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license or ability to obtain.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
