About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract opportunity involves providing advanced radiologic care in a Cath Lab setting. The role focuses on assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures, adhering to protocols, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during diagnostics. The position requires competence in using interventional cardiology equipment and understanding complex cardiovascular conditions.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $74.25 to $87.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct specific assessments and create care plans for cardiac procedures.
- Provide specialized care using cardiovascular and radiologic equipment.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and procedures.
- Monitor and document patient progress and reaction to procedures.
- Stay informed on advancements in interventional cardiology practices.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) registration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, preferred.
- Proficiency in Interventional Cardiology, Hemodynamic Monitoring, and Cardiovascular Anatomy & Physiology required.
- EPIC charting system experience preferred.
