About the Opportunity:
This opportunity involves providing interventional radiology services at a state-of-the-art facility. Responsible for conducting procedures such as biopsies, CT and US-guided drain placements, tunneled line placements, neph tube placements, and PleurX catheter placements. The role operates within a Monday to Friday schedule, with hours varying by day. This is a full-time contract position with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $339.63 to $401.38 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting biopsies and other interventional radiology procedures.
- Providing guidance and placement for various drains and catheters.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and procedure outcomes.
- Staying informed on latest research and advancements in interventional radiology.
Job Requirements:
- Board certification in Interventional Radiology.
- Experience with procedures like biopsies, drain placements, and catheter placements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- BLS and possibly ACLS certifications from AHA, if depending on the department.
