About the Opportunity:
Join a dedicated team as a Dental Hygienist, providing essential oral health care to patients in a collaborative, team-based environment. This full-time contract position involves delivering high-quality patient care and handling various clinical duties essential for dental office operations. The role necessitates exceptional customer service skills and collaboration with patients, dentists, dental assistants, and other team members.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $52.25 to $61.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment operation.
- Provide oral hygiene dental treatment and education following state-approved guidelines.
- Apply fluoride and protective sealants; remove calculus, stain, and plaque.
- Offer nutritional counseling and self-care programs to prevent disease.
- Record and review patient medical histories.
- Uphold office policies, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Order and manage inventory as required.
Job Requirements:
- Dental Hygienist License and X-Ray Certifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene school.
- One year of hands-on experience as a hygienist.
- Experience with GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
