About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing leadership and oversight in the management of nursing staff at the Sistersville Center. Key responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and overseeing patient care plans.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $54.45 to $64.35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients.
- Provide direction and supervision to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively.
- Monitor and document patient progress and address any issues promptly.
- Stay informed on best practices and recent research in nursing management and care.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Preferred experience working in long-term care facilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
