About the Opportunity:
Join an opportunity as a Physician in an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, located in Hermitage, MO. The role involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a focus on adult care. This is a full-time locum to perm contract position, where you collaborate with support staff, including Nurse Practitioners. The average daily census is 18-20 patients.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $109.73 to $129.68 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create comprehensive care plans for a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality outpatient care.
- Utilize MediTech Expanse for all charting and documentation processes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified or Eligible in relevant specialty.
- Possess a valid MO State License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and DEA certification required.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience preferred, though new graduates are accepted.
- Experience with MediTech charting system required.
