About the Opportunity:

The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.51 to $31.33 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer specified therapies and patient education.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and healthcare standards.
Job Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting.
