About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Physician specializing in Non-Invasive General Cardiology. The role involves hospital work with responsibilities including hospital rounding for general cardiology coverage, seeing new cardiology consults, performing follow-up on in-house patients, and EKG readings as needed. This position supports a busy service with varying patients per shift due to hospital census, with daytime hospital rounding from Monday to Friday and weeknight and weekend call coverage.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $242.00 to $286.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting hospital rounding for general cardiology coverage.
- Seeing new cardiology consults and following up on in-house patients.
- Providing EKG reading as needed.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including 3-4 APPs and another General Cardiologist, to coordinate care.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine.
