About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position provides anesthesia care services at a facility in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, administering anesthesia, and monitoring patient recovery. The role involves working collaboratively within a care team model and includes a 24-hour shift once a week.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $179.85 to $212.55 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and creating appropriate anesthesia plans.
- Providing anesthesia during surgical and obstetrical procedures.
- Collaborating with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress before, during, and after anesthesia.
- Staying informed on anesthesia techniques and patient safety practices.
Job Requirements:
- NBCRNA certification.
- Active SC license required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in anesthesia practice.
- Skills in general adult anesthesia, obstetrical cases, pain management, and CRNA supervision.
- Mandatory vaccinations (MMR, flu, varicella).
