About the Opportunity:
This position offers a unique role as a Non-Invasive Cardiologist focused on hospital-based support. The candidate provides cardiovascular care for adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include rounding and admissions, conducting cardioversions, and performing Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE). This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $206.58 to $244.14 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting cardioversions and TEE procedures.
- Providing comprehensive cardiovascular disease management.
- Collaborating with hospital staff to coordinate and deliver patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes.
- Staying informed on the latest practices in the field of cardiology.
Job Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience with cardiac nuclear medicine, though nuclear board certification is not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital and clinic settings.
- WA state license and DEA preferred, but IMLC and non-licensed candidates as of 2/24/26 are acceptable.
- Proficiency in using EPIC EMR systems.
