About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract opportunity involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients in both hospital and clinic settings within the same building. Responsibilities include conducting bone marrow biopsies and offering infusion, medical oncology, and hematology services. Average patient load is 12-16 per day. Documentation for the provision of hematology/medical oncology services over the previous 24 months is required, with exceptions for recent training graduates. The position includes solo working conditions and requires use of the EMR system EPIC.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $354.26 to $418.67 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct bone marrow biopsies and provide infusion services.

- Stay informed on relevant medical oncology and hematology research and practices.
Job Requirements:
- Possession of AK state license, DEA, and either BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification.
- Minimum of 24 months of experience in hematology/medical oncology services or recent completion of relevant training.
- Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
