About the Opportunity:
We have a contract position for a Physician specializing in radiology, located in Seattle, WA. This full-time role involves conducting medical imaging assessments and working closely within an academic environment. The coverage requires flexible scheduling, primarily during day shifts, with the option of a 1-week on, 2-weeks off schedule. Responsibilities include evaluating medical images, collaborating with medical teams, and utilizing dictation software for documentation.
The estimated base pay for this position is $313.50 to $370.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments using radiology imaging techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
- Document findings accurately using Powerscribe.
- Utilize PACS (Infinity) and EMR (Epic) systems effectively.
- Stay informed on relevant research in radiology.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification in Radiology; in cases of certifying during credentials, certification must be obtained by start date.
- Fellowship-trained in radiology, with a strong academic background preferred.
- Experience with Epic EMR system required.
- Proven track record with publications is beneficial.
