About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract opportunity seeks a General Diagnostic Radiologist to provide diagnostic imaging services to patients. The role involves conducting general CT scans, ultrasound, and X-ray procedures, with a focus on inpatients and outpatients. The position requires the ability to perform light procedures such as abscess drainages and biopsies, though this is preferred rather than required. The work schedule offers flexibility, typically Monday through Friday, for 1-2 weeks per month, with shifts varying between 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $1925.00 to $2275.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct general CT, ultrasound, and X-ray imaging assessments.
- Perform basic CT/US-guided procedures, including abscess drainages and biopsies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient imaging results and progress.
- Utilize PACS, Powerscribe 360, and EPIC systems effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Board certification with the American Board of Radiology.
- Ohio license or IMLC with LOQ in hand.
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Experience with general diagnostic imaging in a clinical setting.
- Fellowship training preferred but not required.
