About the Opportunity:
We seek a skilled General Diagnostic Radiologist to provide comprehensive imaging services, including general CT, ultrasound, and X-ray, with an emphasis on care for inpatients and outpatients. This position calls for individuals who manage a varied case mix and maintain productivity. While not mandatory, performing light procedures such as biopsies and drainages is advantageous. The position operates on a part-time contract basis with flexible shifts, typically Monday to Friday for 1-2 weeks per month.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $1925.00 to $2275.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct general CT, ultrasound, and X-ray imaging assessments.
- Provide light procedural services, such as CT/US-guided biopsies.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners for procedural support.
- Monitor and document patient diagnostics and case volumes.
- Stay informed on radiology best practices and technological advancements.
Job Requirements:
- Board certification with the American Board of Radiology.
- Possess an Ohio license or IMLC eligibility.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association for procedural duties.
- Minimum two years of experience in diagnostic radiology settings.
- Preferred experience with Epic charting systems.
