About the Opportunity:
We offer an opportunity for a dedicated Mammo Tech to provide specialized radiological services, including mammography and general radiology, ideally with skills in musculoskeletal (MSK) and neuro assessments. This role requires proficiency across various modalities such as XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluro. As a full-time contract position, you ensure quality mammogram screenings, diagnostic procedures, and handle an estimated volume of 90 to 100 reads per 8-hour shift with a target of approximately 70 wRVUs per shift.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $326.56 to $385.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive radiological assessments and create accurate reports.
- Provide mammography screenings and related diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure patient care coordination.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed on latest research and advancements in radiology and mammography.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification in Radiology.
- Proficiency in reading all specified modalities including MSK and neuro.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
