About the Opportunity:
Provide technical assistance and customer service for the Florida Department of Health Bureau of Communicable Diseases Patient Care Programs. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $16.67 to $19.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for Patient Care Programs.
- Deliver customer service for the Bureau of Communicable Diseases.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Three years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
- Two years of clerical duties in data entry and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Help desk experience is highly desired.
