About the Opportunity:
Provide care as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting, focusing on electrophysiology. This full-time contract position involves handling established patient visits, hospital follow-up visits, managing patient inboxes, and handling prescription refills. Collaborate with a small team and manage a patient load of 12-14 per shift. Work is conducted Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, with no on-call responsibilities.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $101.20 to $119.60 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and manage care plans.
- Coordinate care through collaboration with medical assistants, LPNs, and RNs.
- Monitor and document patient progress using Epic EMR.
- Stay informed on the latest in electrophysiology practice.
- Provide patient education regarding electrophysiology and general health maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Maintain current CNP, CNS, or PA certification.
- Possess an active state license.
- Experience with outpatient care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system preferred.
