About the Opportunity:
The RN in the Cath Lab provides care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and outcomes. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $63.25 to $74.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and EP procedures.
- Provide procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout procedures.
- Stay informed on cardiology research and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- CA RN License, BSN, AHA BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Cath Lab or IR.
- Minimum 3-5 years combined experience in PACU, ICU, CCU, and/or Cath Lab.
- Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and EP procedures.
- Must have prior Travel within 12 months.
