About the Opportunity:
This contract position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $15.26 to $18.04 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient care assessments and assisting with developing individualized care plans.
- Providing support with personal hygiene and daily activities.
- Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress in medical records.
- Staying informed on best practices in patient care and safety.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation centers preferred.
